All products from Miss Jane’s Creations are custom made, which means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been completed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once we review the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
