Ordering from Miss Jane’s Creations is simple, flexible, and fully guided from start to finish.
1. Choose Your Product
Browse our store and select the item you’d like to customize. Every product is designed to be fully customizable, so you’re not limited to what you see.
The item is provided for you, including all customizations.
2. Add Your Custom Details
On the product page, enter any details you already have like names, colors, wording, or ideas.
Don’t worry if you don’t have everything ready. You can keep it simple and we’ll finalize everything with you after checkout.
3. Need Something More Custom?
If you have a unique idea, special request, or need bulk or corporate orders, simply fill in the Custom Creations form.
We’ll work with you to create exactly what you need, whether it’s a once-off design or a large quantity order.
4. Place Your Order
Checkout securely using Yoco. You can pay with debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or choose Manual EFT if you prefer to pay through your banking app.
5. We Confirm Everything With You
After checkout, we’ll contact you directly via WhatsApp to confirm all your details.
This includes your design, images, wording, colors, and any special requirements, so you don’t have to worry about getting everything perfect upfront.
6. Design and Approval
If needed, we’ll refine your design with you before production begins.
We only move forward once everything is clear and approved, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
7. We Create Your Order
Once confirmed, we begin crafting your item with care and attention to detail.
All products are made to order to ensure a high quality, personalized result.
8. Processing Time
Processing takes 1 day up to a few days, depending on the item and quantities.
9. Delivery or Collection
Your order can be shipped directly to your door or collected.
Delivery takes 1 to 4 business days, and pickup is also available.
