How can I pay?

You can pay securely online with Yoco using all major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You can also choose Manual EFT / Bank Transfer to pay directly from your own banking app.

Do I need to provide the item?

No! The price includes the item and all customizations. We handle everything—no extra costs and no need to bring your own item.

How does shipping work?

We deliver nationwide for a flat fee of R90. Orders are delivered within 1–4 business days after fulfillment.

Can I get something not listed online?

Absolutely! We love creating unique and personal items. Just fill out our Custom Creations form.

How do I submit my customizations?

After checkout, we’ll message you to get all necessary details. You can also fill in the text boxes on the product page or in your cart, but we’ll confirm everything with you personally.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll get a tracking number and link, plus updates as your shipment moves along.

Do you do bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! We cater to bulk and corporate requests. Contact us via WhatsApp or the Custom Creations form.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Pick up is at 100 Olympus Drive, Faerie Glen, Pretoria, 0081. Select “Pickup” at checkout and we’ll schedule a time with you.

How long does it take to get my order?

Most orders are ready within a few days. After fulfillment, delivery is 1–4 business days, or arrange pick up if you prefer.
